Switzerland fan mocks England star Jude Bellingham live on air at Euro 2024 quarter-final

Television cameras picked up Jude Bellingham being brutally mocked by a Switzerland fan during England’s Euro 2024 quarter-final on Saturday.

The England star got into a one-on-one battle with Fabian Schar in the first half and tried to burst away from the Switzerland defender.

Schar put his arm across Bellingham before the England midfielder grabbed Schar’s shoulder and fell to the ground.

He got a free-kick and Schar was shown a yellow card for the challenge, but one supporter clearly felt it was soft.

As the cameras panned to the crowd, a fan was seen mimicking that Bellingham was crying, having not been impressed by his collapse to the ground.

Bellingham has taken centre stage over the past week ever since scoring a last-minute overhead kick to keep England in the Euros last weekend in their last-16 tie with Slovakia.

His celebration caused controversy as he appeared to make a crude crotch-grabbing gesture towards the Slovakian bench.
