Bill Belichick has secured a new role in the NFL six months after bidding an emotional farewell to the New England Patriots.
Belichick, 72, called time on his iconic stint as Patriots head coach after 24 seasons back in January.
Yet following his New England exit, the eight-time Super Bowl winner failed to land another coaching job in the league for the 2024-25 season.
He has therefore been forced to move into the TV studio while waiting for his next opportunity to present itself, with Belichick already agreeing deals to feature on ESPN’s the Pat McAfee Show The Manningcast with Peyton Manning.

And with a few months to go until the new season begins, the legendary coach has found himself another position in the NFL.
Belichick is also set to work as an analyst for Emmy-winning show ‘Inside the NFL’ on The CW Network later this year, it was announced on Thursday.
He will sit alongside host and Super Bowl-winning safety Ryan Clark, Pro Bowl wide receiver Chad Johnson and two-time Super Bowl-winning defensive end Chris Long on the program, which begins on Friday, August 30.
‘I’m thrilled to join my new team at NFL Films and to work on such a historic television franchise,’ said Belichick. ‘I’ve always appreciated “Inside the NFL’s” depth of analysis, and I hope to bring the same detailed insight to The CW by talking real football with real pros – Ryan, Chris and Chad – this coming season.’
